Welcome to FreelanceZone!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FreelanceZone mobile application ("the App") operated by Smart Science Gate Information Technology ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using FreelanceZone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About FreelanceZone

FreelanceZone connects individuals and businesses ("Users") who want to request services with those who offer services. Users can create service requests or submit offers to fulfill posted requests.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide a name and phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use FreelanceZone.

3. User Conduct

By using FreelanceZone, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only.
• Not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Not engage in any harassment, abuse, or harm towards other users.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

4. Service Requests and Offers

• Users requesting services are responsible for providing clear and accurate details.
• Users submitting offers are responsible for ensuring they can fulfill the offer they propose.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any service requested or offered.
• Smart Science Gate Information Technology is not a party to contracts or agreements between users.

5. Payments

FreelanceZone does not process payments through the app. Any financial transactions are handled directly between users, outside the platform.

We strongly encourage users to agree clearly on payment terms before proceeding with services.

6. Disclaimers

FreelanceZone is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the app. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Science Gate Information Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FreelanceZone.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in FreelanceZone, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Smart Science Gate Information Technology and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the app content without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FreelanceZone at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary for security or legal reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to FreelanceZone shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
